Explain the Caste system

The caste system is simple. At birth, depending on who your parents are, you are trained to be a certain job, of a certain wealth class. Egypt was a good example, with slaves at bottom, and pharoh at top.
It's just a hierarchy. If America were compared to a cast, CEOs on top, then President of US, then Stock Investors, then small business owners, factory workers, restaurant workers... but the difference is, in America, in theory any one can change classes.. in caste, one is stuck as that forever and are trained to do it forever.
