Hint: C = 2pi*r C = circumference pi = 3.14 (approximately) r = radius
it doesn't tell me radius? only circumference.

You use the circumference formula to find the radius
C = 2pi*r 16 = 2pi*r ... plug in C = 16 (the given circumference) now solve for r
