Send a mail to contact@openstudy.com requesting the admins to delete your account with your username.

Also, may I know why do you want your's account to get deleted?

This has been asked many times. You CANNOT delete your account. But we can give you a permanent ban if you wish to stay away.

You'll have to contact one of our Site Moderators about that. Suspension and deletion isn't in my jurisdiction.

I will email contact@openstudy.com and see what they can do, but I have purged all data myself as well and put my account into stasis, so their really should be no reason why they can't nuke the account.
