Grammar help please!

Choose the sentence that needs a comma.
A. The new party store was full of colorful balloons to celebrate the opening.
B. Happy young families thronged the aisles and perused the merchandise.
C. Bins of strange amusing novelties attracted the eye at every turn.
D. Who could resist buying a few novelties to surprise the children and make them laugh?

I can't decide between the answer being B or C so if someone could tell me what they think the answer is and why then that would be great. :)

i think C because it would have a comma betweeen strange and amusing.
