i will fan and give a medal to anyone who helps me with this problem. The graph of a system of equations with the same slope and the same y-intercepts will have no solutions. Always Sometimes Never

OpenStudy (ankitshaw):

if the equations have the same slope and intercepts, the equations are same ! the solutions are all points on the common line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i told my teacher it was always and she just explained it was never

OpenStudy (ankitshaw):

actually the solution is infinite because all the pts on the line will be the solution of the system

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you mean? I was right?

OpenStudy (ankitshaw):

it will not have no solution hence its never . read the question again

OpenStudy (ankitshaw):

ur ma'am is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if i have 2 lines that are the same, for example parallel they are the same and will always have no solution
