The images in that generator are only 200x200 which is a very low resolution.
I have the same owl vector but in 1000x1000 :P

to get a picture of an owl you need to go to the sacred grove forest and hide next to the lemur tree and chant "oh honest owl come forth" whilst banging your ceremonial vase of takotsubo cardiomyopathy essence repeatedly on the roots. then when the owl appears take a few snap shots :)
