The exponential function y = 3(4)x grows by a factor of 4 between x = 1 and x = 2. What factor does it grow by between x = 3 and x = 4 please help me my math teacheer sucks booty

Hello allie: I believe exponential functions are in the form y=bx^n, where b being the base and n being the exponential or power. In your question, I don't understand what you mean by y=3(4)x. Based on the script, that is equivalent to y=12x. I am not sure what the question means when plugging in values for x. Ask your teacher for clarification on this question!!! :)
