DNA. In prokaryotes the DNA is free and not bound inside a membrane bound organelle (the nucleus), but in eukaryotes the DNA is in a nucleus, separated from the cytoplasm by the nuclear envelope.

Oh, and prokaryotes do not have mitochondria and both have ribosomes.
