13.3 + (–7)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6.3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks will you please help me some more @mariah14

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Same like the other questions @horsecrazy366 Like we worked out before.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

–23 – 7.2 i think it is 15.8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-30.2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did you get oh i get it here is the next one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

–5.8 – (–8.4) i think -14.2

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

This is positive. keep the sign of the BIGGER number(subtraction integer rules)

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Try again!:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 2.6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so 2.6

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Ok!:) Yes!:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

–12 9 – (–3) – 11 I am thinking that this one is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be -23+-12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-35

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it would be positive because that the 23 is larger then 12 so the answer would come out to be positive 13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that correct @YanaSidlinskiy

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Again. -12+ 9 is NOT -23 -3+3 - 11Since, -3 and 3 cancel which leaves you with -11.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how would you get that so that is what i was thinking, do -13 plus 9 which makes --4 then you do -11 which is -15 then you do plus -12 which is -26

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i get it! Thanks
