Angles G and F are supplementary (when put together they equal 180). Angles F, C, D, and A all equal the same measurement. And so do angles G, E, and B. Since you already have a given angle, 83, you can use that angle to find the measure of angle C, which is congruent to angle F.
\[<C+83=180\]
\[180-83=<C\]
\[<C=<F\]
