OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you i sirusly dont know how to solve for x

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

*Hint.....logarithms* \[\large a^x = x \times ln a\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its be 9^x= x times ln(9)????

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Correct....but remember everything you do to the left side has to be done to the right. so this will be \[\large 9^x = 6\] becomes \[\large x \times ln(9) = ln(6)\] How would you solve for 'x' ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ln(6) divided by ln(9)

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Correct!
