What is the y-value for f(x) = tan(x) when x = -45°?

hero (hero):

-45° = (360° - 45°) = 315° so f(-45) = f(315) = tan(315)

hero (hero):

@UmarsBack, that was just a hint. You still have to evaluate tan(315)
