A metallic silo on a farm is composed of a cylinder with an open top and a hemisphere with an open bottom the volume of the silo is exactly 94500pi cubic feet. Find the radius and height of the silo that uses the least amount of material to make. Note that material is required for the rounded part of the cylinder, the rounded part of the hemisphere and the circle at the bottom of the cylinder.
