Definitely the Cold War. The other answers were part of it. Containment was the US strategy under Truman to try and head off the spread of communism. "Iron curtain" refers to the division of Eastern Europe from the West. And arms race was a general event that escalated throughout the Cold War as both the US and the USSR attempted to outpace each other.
