4. A bag of balloons contains 2 red balloons, 12 green balloons, 17 yellow balloons, and 8 orange balloons. What is the probability that a randomly selected balloon would be green or orange? A. 14/39 B. 19/39 C. 25/39 D. 20/39 can someone help me answer this question

So you have 39 balloons in all. You have 12 green balloons, and 8 orange balloons. When a questions asks what the probability is that a randomly selected balloon is green OR orange, add your values for green and orange together. 12+8=20 Now you can easily figure out your probability. :)
