It is C, the Reign of Terror. The Reign of Terror was a bloody ten year period. The reign of Napoleon was AFTER the French Revolution, so it obviously can't be B. The Americans aided the French, because the French had aided the Americans during the American Revolution (what comes around goes around). I hope this helps! I am positive it is C, because I did a whole report on it two semesters ago.
