what this is is a program that when you do the calculations the colors are set up to do what you need them to as far as changing colors go. this is called shifting colors.

OK, I think I understand what they want, though it is a bit murky the way they describe it. First, what answer did you get for the first part of question (3) ?

well i really have not started yet but what i did was do quadratic for this one to start and so i got 53-sqrt 105/8=5.344

the next section of the question needs the answer to the first part of (3) what you got is not correct. For starters, b is -51 (not -53)
