HAARP was made to investigate several real world problems. You cell phones and GPS units have benefited from the very public research that was performed there. Yes, the military has kept some results to themselves, but the whole weather control conspiracy it a joke. People need to learn basic physics. Then they would laugh at the idea of the energy required to modify the weather. The millions of tons of water floating in the air would take an inordinately huge supply of energy to control, which HAARP does not have or produce.

Oh, and the Air Force is already looking at shutting it down permanently. They have done so temporarily before... and people still blamed it for causing things when it was shut down, so they are wrong about that too.

Yah, people forget that they are talking about millions of tons of water that is floating in the air and that it has been off, measurably off, at times when people have blamed storms on it.

That is almost as bad as the people that blame some chemical levels on contrails in the air. Their proof is chemicals in air samples at a specific location. What they fail to mention is that they do their samples down wind from a volcano that spews out the stuff they are trying to blame on the contrails. LOL!

Have there been conspiracies? Yes. Absolutely. However, most of the things people put out in these theories are so far off the mark that it is laughable. Only a lot of facts and history uncover the real conspiracies.

There are declassified documents on what Area 51 really was: The development and testing ground for the U2 and SR-71 spy planes. This included hoisting up classified cameras and nuclear detectors on weather balloons. A high altitudes these balloons flatten out and look like saucers, a fact which has been confirmed by other people that use them! The military admitted they used the balloons, but someone called them a liar and said they saw a saucer. The military had no reply and people ran with the story. Thus, the greatest coverup was the public though spy plane development was flying saucers! And it was not the military that did it, it was the news papers! And all of that is declassified these days.

There is proof that coverups were made at the time of the JFK assassination. However, one of the prime suspects at the time had communist ties. Well gee, not long after the Cuban Missile Crisis it looks like communists might have killed the president. Of course they covered that up! It could have started a nuclear war if they had not. So with that sort of coverup happening, the facts get obliterated and nobody will ever know the truth. Just a lot of speculation can follow.
