B is teh answer. The base of a rectangular pyramid is a rectangle. Imagine dragging the base of the shape upwards in a straight line. As you do, the rectangle gets smaller and smaller. That's really what a pyramid is. A bunch of very closely stacked rectangles, each one getting smaller and smaller as they stack higher and higher.
