Closure property of addition or multiplication?

Um well lets say because my problem says Length and width, multiplication

In both cases, the most basic way to put it is that if we do whatever operation on two numbers, we get another number. Like you can't multiply 2 and 4 and get Hat. That's not a number. 2 * 4 = 8, another number. That also refutes the famous 2 + 2 = Fish because Fish is also not a number. :c
