First find the x-intercept & y-intercept of both lines , That is to find x-intercept of first line plug y = 0 & to find y-intercept plug x=0 Similarly find intercepts of second line . we write x intercept in the form (x ,0) & y in (0,y ) ,,So plot this connect x-intercept & y -intercept similarly do for second line Then .you can find intersection point .
