My smart score was at 66 this morning and yesterday i have a lot of witness of my smart score and its kinda made me wonder how it went from 66 to 65 in an hour.

I think that it means that someone unmedaled you or unfanned you :\

Means you're on the edge between 65 and 66.
Just answer a few questions and you'll stay 66 :)
If you're absent for a while, if you remove content, or if someone revokes medals/fan, your smartscore may decrease by 1 point. Haven't seen someone go down more than 1 yet.

Just to provide a bit more input, the way I understand the SS system is that it's at least partially based off of your rankings compared to other users. So if you're right on the edge of 65 and 66 at the same time as one or two other users, it's quite feasible for your SS to increase to 66, but then drop down again if the other users level up as well.
