If the spinner is numbered from 0 to 10 then it must have _11_ sections. There appears to be something wrong with the statement of this problem.
That is exactly what it says on my homework.
I think the answer is C

Even possibilities : 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 (6 of them) Odd possibilities : 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 (6 of them) P(even) = 1/2
