i think the answer is D. because Function A: y = 2x-4 Function B: y = 4x-6

Answers: A is wrong because the intercept of Function A is (0,-4) B is wrong because the intercept of Function B is (0,-6) and -6 is less than -4 C is wrong because the rate of Function A is 2, while the rate of Function B is 4 D is right because 4 is greater than 2
