Here are my personal answers to these questions: 1)A cyber community is a community online, you're a part of one the moment you join a forum/site and interact with others in some way. 2) Watch the video? If you were sent a link check the site it is from if you're worried. 3) Yeah why not? Just make sure you don't post too much real-life information about them online without their permission. For example if you're in an online chatroom, don't use their real name unless they are fine with that. 4) Well you don't know who anyone is until you get to know them, so become their friend. If it's some random stranger in a chatroom that wishes to meet you in person, then you can raise a red flag.
