no, my point is 1 / (1/3) = 3.  You get 3 slices, each slice being 1/3 of a pizza.

to divide by a fraction, invert the fraction and multiply instead.

1 / (1/3) = 1* (3/1) = 3

yes, your answer is correct, but I was hoping that showing you the working would make you sufficiently confident in your own abilities that you wouldn't need to ask someone else to check it for you.
