I know this is not related to any subject of this website, but i seriously need help.

Whenever i am at a restaurant eating, my face always turns red as if i have too much pressure going on.. It is always like that. And all i'm asking for is, do you know how i could stop that? Please.

ok first you are nervous so just imagine everyone naked
