OpenStudy (anonymous):

please any one help me?

OpenStudy (freckles):

Can you use n!=n*(n-1)! to show 0!=1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how to use it?

OpenStudy (freckles):

Replace n with 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay 1! = 1(1 - 1)!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what would be the next?

OpenStudy (freckles):

Think about it for a second. I have already given too much away.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i will get 1! = 1*0! ==> 1 = 0! ohh so we have 0! = 1

OpenStudy (the_fizicx99):

4! = 5!/5 = 120/5 = 24 3! = 4!/4 = 24/4 = 6 2! = 3!/3 = 6/3 = 2 1! = 2!/2 = 2/2 = 1 0! = 1!/1 = 1/1 = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

am i correct?

OpenStudy (freckles):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):
