Would anybody be able to help me learn oscillatory motion for multiple objects using matrices? In class we've been using the Lagrangian, but I really don't know what I'm doing. There are some things where I'm not sure if the Lagrangian is necessary.

I have plenty of examples and equations from my book. If anybody gets a kick out of multiple-object oscillatory motion and matrices, please help! :)
