I'de be tempted with the option that they are not similar. This is because even though the angles are the same, the ratio between the sides isn't. A 10:3.12 ratio does not equal a 5:1.2 ratio.

If they were similar, the ratio of short side to long side would be the same 5/10 = ½ is the ratio of the first 1.2/3.12 is not ½ different ratios means not similar
