You have many to choose from. A glass bulb pipette will do the trick just as well as a burette or volumetric flask will, but if this step is to be repeated I would suggest the pipette for ease of use

Best tool would be a burette. A calibrated burette should deliver the exact amount and you can propagate the error, if you wish to take that into consideration.
