blink-182 is correct you could eliminate c and d easily because for c opening the bag of winds would obviously help him to get home quicker and escaping from Polyphemus  would make it to were he could find a way home one way or another. and you could eliminate a because if you read the book he didn't have to convince the Phaeacians to bring him home so that leaves b
