So, the bomb is dropped from a moving object. What does it mean by a target 8m? 8m away? 8m off of the ground? How high is the bomb when released? Is the bomb projected? Or just dropped? There doesn't seem to be good context clues in the problem, for me.

So it's this? That really can't be.... Unless the target got closer pretty fast.

And the velocity you drop it at depends on the velocity of the target.

If it's shot out of a cannon or something....But where does the 8 meters come in?
