I need help with the red blood cell voyage portfolio. I will fan you and give you a medal if you can help me.
You have to use these, as well as something they relate to, so • Alveoli- I made it relate to a taxi, because it drops of carbon dioxide and picks up oxygen. • Arteries- I made it a one way street, because arteries leave the heart. • Bone marrow- I made it a car company because bone marrow makes red blood cells. I have the red blood cells as cars. • Capillaries- I made back roads, because they are fine branching of blood vessels between arteries. • Carbon dioxide- • Cellular respiration- • Deoxygenated blood- • Heart- I made the stream of cars all going in one direction, because the heart pumps blood in one direction. • Hemoglobin- I made into the interior seats of the car (red blood cell) because it is responsible for transporting oxygen in the blood. • Lungs- • Oxygen- I made oxygen people, because the red blood cells carry oxygen as passengers, and cars carry people the same. • Oxygenated blood- • Plasma- • Platelets-I made like an auto shop, because platelets stop bleeding, or oil leaks. • Pulmonary circulation- • Systemic circulation- • Veins- I made like a highway cut into two roads, one headed away from the heart, the arteries and the other coming to the heart, the veins. • White blood cells- I made the fire fighter, because if you are sick, or in danger the white blood cell fights it off, and firefighters do that with fire.
So that’s how it works. I just don’t know what to do for the 8 other ones. • Carbon dioxide- Carbon dioxide is essential to internal respiration in the human body where oxygen is produced and transported to body tissues. Its also a guardian of the blood's PH. When it exceeds certain amounts, carbon dioxide can lead to kidney damage and asphyxiation. • Cellular respiration- The set of the metabolic reactions and processes that take place in the cells of organisms to convert biochemical energy from nutrients into (ATP) adenosine triphosphate, and release waste products. • Deoxygenated blood- Pumped by the right ventricle to the lungs via the pulmonary artery that is divided in two branches, right and left to the right and left lungs respectively. Blood is oxygenated in lungs and returns to the left atrium through pulmonary veins. • Lungs- Oxygen can pass into the blood and carbon dioxide be removed. • Oxygenated blood- Arteries carry oxygenated blood away from the heart and deliver it to the body by capillaries and arterioles. • Plasma- The colorless fluid part of blood, milk, or lymph, which corpuscles or fat globules are suspended. • Pulmonary circulation- The portion of the cardiovascular system that carries deoxygenated blood away from the heart, to the lungs, and returns oxygenated blood back to the heart. • Systemic circulation- The part of the cardiovascular system which carries oxygenated blood away from the heart to the body, and returns deoxygenated blood back to the heart.
sleek-feathered one WE MADE IT!!!!
What? You made what? This? This is for school, and my sister gave me the idea of either a boat or a car, and since I have no idea how to match it with a boat, I used a car. Could you help with the ones I couldn't do?
@Anestasia - this is interesting. Consider it as rotating shifts of people being shuttled between their homes (the individual tissues and organs in the body) and the lungs (their workplace).
I need it to be specific. I need something for Carbon dioxide, Cellular respiration, Deoxygenated blood, Lungs, Oxygenated blood, Plasma, Pulmonary circulation and Systemic circulation. But they have to have their own jobs just like in the human body.
@Satans_Son666 I need help!
Anestasia, question?i might be able to help you with what you need help with, what's the
oops, what is the question?
Well, I need to relat the red blood cell with something, and I made it a car, cause the oxygen is the people and they sit in the Hemoglobin, because the Hemoglobin carries the oxygen in the blood, so the Hemoglobin are the car seats. I just need help with relating Carbon dioxide, Cellular respiration, Deoxygenated blood, Lungs, Oxygenated blood and Plasma to my theme. I was thinking that the Pulmonary circulation would be like, a cross country bus because it goes from the lungs to the heart, and the Systemic circulation would be a plane, because it goes from the heart to the body.
