if i want to design circuits and systems, then which course i should opt for in post graduation?

1) If you are interested in design circuits and systems, then u can opt for Electronics and Communication Engineering.
2) Apart from that, Many students are not aware of the lucrative opportunities available in the field of "Embedded Systems".
3) Next is the Electronics and Electrical degree, older and more established of the two programs. Since the advent of the computer and the microprocessor the field of digital electronics and computers has grown to become a major component of EE.

thx for responding. but actually i m already a final semester electronics and communication student. my question was regarding specialization in masters.

Alright... Then its better to go for VLSI Integration and Design/ Embedded System. Embedded system is a common subject specialized in all the streams of engineering that means it has a vast field of Study too... like designing, constructing, researching etc.
