Please help?! What is the effect of Kaspar's matter-of-fact tone as he describes the results of the Battle of Blenheim to his grandchildren? A. It helps the children feel calm and safe as he describes the destruction of battle. B. It guides the children to understand the reasons the battle had to be fought. C. It causes readers to trust his description of the battle as accurate and unbiased. D. It makes his discussion of the deaths of so many people seem odd and inappropriate. The poem is here. Thanks in advance... http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-battle-of-blenheim/
