For problem 3 it would be the exponential amount of letters in the word "equation" since there are no repeating letters so it would be?
Alright the P in the exponent symbolizes permutations and since the order matters then we have \[25!^P3 = 25!/22!\]

Problem 4, it does not matter the order of how the photographer can arrange the 5 friends so we have another exponential function of the amount of things we are arranging and in this case the friends so it would be: \[5!= ?\]
The last problem shows that we have 1 bike lock with 5 numbers on it and the counting principle would say that 1 bike lock and 120 ways of arrange the numbers 1x 120 = 120 or 1 bike lock and 5 numbers would be 1 x 5 = 5 which do not fit any of the multiple choice questions except for "none of the above"
