Multiply first equation by -2. After multiplying we have the following system: −2x−10y2x+9y=6=4 now add the two equations together to eliminate "x" from the system. −y=10 now find "y" y=−10 now substitute the value for y into the original equation to solve for x. x+5(−10)=−3 x=47... @AydenCarpenter14
