Or use a credit card, which will charge 7 percent interest. What is the best reason to use the credit card? to get the dress she wants to prevent paying interest to reduce the cost of the dress to build her credit history

She doesn't need the card to buy the dress (she can use money from her saving account), so A is out. If she uses her credit card, she will have to pay interest, so B is not a reason to use the credit card. Nowhere is it mentioned that the card will reduce the cost of the dress. So that leaves...
