Which of these statements best explains why Ptolemy's model of the solar system was different from Copernicus' model of the solar system? They had different data to interpret. They had different interests and backgrounds. Ptolemy was more creative than Copernicus. Copernicus was more creative than Ptolemy. @beccaboo333

Do you have any idea what it could be?

I feel bad cause I don't really know. I tried doing a little research and only came back with this. A statement that best describes why models of the early Ptolemy solar system were replaced by the Copernican model is; Scientists established that a different set of laws govern the motion of our solar system than govern the motion of other solar systems. The main simplification of the Copernican model was that the retrograde loops of the planets as occur naturally. ~chacha I'm sorry :c
