I've tried @SeanTrujillo, but I can't figure it out.

So we can find the perimeter by using 30/12. This equals 2.5, which is the same as 5/2. As for area, I'm pretty sure you can just square 5/2, which gives you 25/4. Does that make more sense?

Yeah, I knew that part of the answer was 5/2, but I couldn't figure out the second part, Thanks again :P
