Assuming a non-relativistic regime, how would one go about deriving a length for the i-th drift tube in a LINAC?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My thoughts so far are that it must be related to drift velocity \[v = \frac{ I }{ nAq }\]and it also must be time dependent as there is a relation to the frequency of the AC supply that causes the acceleration.

Not really sure where to go from here though, so any input would be gratefully received.

Never mind. It's clear no one can help me.
