it is nothing buy common sence because counterclock wise is to the left so if you imagine it turning half left you flipped it to that area, and you can eliminate clockwise because 1/2 clockwise would not put it to where it was, 1/4 eliminate all those as well if you eliminat all the ones that have 1/4 and clockwise in them you will find you answer B.
