Hey there! I have a problem, I'm trying to wrap my head around how I am supposed to develop this interface, I can use any language for it as a foundation... I was planning on WPF, I'm supposed to code the base program in C# which is easy but the interface is making my head spin slightly, It needs to be interactive... I know most of the elements the only part that I can't figure out how to do is how to make my buttons on the top task bar of this project to move, like its almost like an interactive animation but I have no idea how to do it... any suggestions or help out there?
