Can someone please help me with this math assignment?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you need

OpenStudy (savannah_noelle):

Can you check my answers?

OpenStudy (loser66):

backward, x =0 is given, then 4x -3y =12 becomes 4*0 - 3y =12, y = -4, therefore, the first pair is (0,-4)

OpenStudy (savannah_noelle):

Thank you :) is the second pair (0,0)?

OpenStudy (savannah_noelle):

Since x=0

OpenStudy (loser66):

I think you misunderstand something. All the times, when you see a pair of number, 100% the first number stands for x, the second one stands for y in your problem, the second number is given, it is y =0, not x redo, just plug y =0 into the expression to find x

OpenStudy (savannah_noelle):

I got x=0
