because there are 3 types of muscle:
smooth, which is found in the digestive system and is not controlled voluntarily
cardiac: it's only found in the heart and acts like a rythmic smooth muscle, but continously
skeletal: the one that is voluntarily controlled and is responsible for your movement

you can discard B because the heart doesn't send signals to other muscles, you can discard C because RNA is used in cell reproduction and is not responsible for the characteristics you have (although it is a reflection of the DNA byt with different molecules)
