As part of human nature we lose objects. What object do you feel you lose the most? What room do you normally leave it in? Write the approximate dimensions of both the object and the room, and then calculate the area of each. Now write a fraction with the area of the object on top and the area of the room on the bottom and simplify. This is the probability of finding the object in the given room! Do you like your probability?
