1 - cos(12x) = 2cos^2(6x) 2sin^2(12x) 2cos^2(12x) 2sin^2(6x)

hartnn (hartnn):

use the formula \(\large 1-\cos 2A = 2\sin^2A\)

hartnn (hartnn):

here 2A = 12x so, A will be 6x :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its the first one thanks

hartnn (hartnn):

no! its sin^2 ....and half of 12x = 6x so 2sin^2 6x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh sin not cos ty

hartnn (hartnn):
