(-9c^3 + 3c^2) ÷ c can some one help me ?

Please, would you include the instructions for each problem? 1) Divide each term inside parentheses by c, OR 2) Factor c out of the quantity inside parentheses and then cancel that c in the numerator with that c in the denominator. Try it, please.

well i divided them all by c but then i got lost on the next step...uhh its hard
