The rate equation tells us that $$rate=\frac{distance}{time}$$. Solvnig for time we ger: $$time=\frac{distance}{rate}$$ From here we can plug in known values and solve. We also need to check to make sure our units remain consistent but in this situation we can see by inspection that they already are.
